How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE within the United States and its' territories via Priority Mail for a limited time only. This promotion could end at any time. International orders will be shipped FREE of charge via U.S. Postal Service Air Mail.

 

How do you ship and how long will it take to arrive?

If you place your order before 2 PM EST your order will be shipped the same business day via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (International orders will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service Air Mail). If you order after 2 PM EST your order will be shipped the following morning. Orders are shipped out everyday except for Sundays.

 

If located within the United States please allow 2 - 3 days for delivery, International orders may take up to 2 weeks to arrive. We do our part to assure that your order arrives in a timely manner, but cannot be held responsible for postal delays. If your order does not arrive within 10 business days from the date of purchase you may email us.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! For international buyers (anywhere in the world outside of the United States and its' territories) we charge a $4.95 s/h rate per CD Set ordered. We can ship to anywhere in the world (excluding Nigeria) totaling over 190+ countries, however all payments must be made in U.S. funds.

 

How do I place an order?

 

Buying from our online store is easy and secure. To place an order simply click on the "Buy Now" or "Order Now" button and the item will be placed in your

This button adds the item to your shopping cart. Putting something in your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it. After you put an item in your cart, you can choose to place the order, or you can continue shopping by clicking on the "Back To Shopping" button. You can also remove any item from your shopping cart at any time.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping cart and change the quantity at any time. When you're finished shopping and want to place your order, click on the "Go To Checkout" button to proceed. You will then have the option of paying securely online via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Paypal. If you would prefer you may also choose to pay by fax or send a check or money order in the mail as well.

 

Immediately after completing your order through our online shopping cart you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and other important information. We recommend that you save this email for easy reference in the future if needed.

 

Problems Ordering?

If you are experiencing problems adding items to your cart or having the pages load, it could be due to a temporary server problem. Please try again a few minutes later.

Another possible reason is that you are working behind a "firewall". Many work places have these set in place, which makes things such as secure shopping and downloading music not possible.

If you cannot get your order to go through we will be happy to take your order over the phone. Just call us toll-free at (866) 254-8679 for a direct connection to our sales department. If no one is there to take your call just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You may also email us if you are experiencing problems.

 

What type of payment methods do you accept?

Just about everything! We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Paypal®, cashiers checks and money orders, personal checks (please allow time to clear), and concealed cash as well. All payments must be made in U.S. funds. Currently we can accept credit card payments through the internet and by fax. Although we are not setup for taking orders over the phone on a regular basis, we will be glad to take your order if you are experiencing problems ordering through our online store. Just give us at call toll-free at (866) 254-8579. If no one is there to take your call just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Can I order by mail?

Sure no problem. Just go through the normal order process on our website and choose 'print order form and pay by mail.' We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks and money orders. Orders paid by check will not be processed until the funds have been verified. Orders paid by money order are sent within 24 hours. Can I fax my order?

Yes there is a fax option during checkout. Just go through the normal order process on our website and choose 'print order form and pay by fax.' Fill in your credit card information etc. and fax it to: (954) 337-6215.

 

Are your CDs MAC compatible?

None of our CDs have been designed specifically for MAC use, and there is no guarantee that any of our CDs will work with Macintosh computers as well. However; if you are an experienced MAC user and are familiar with the program Virtual PC, or other similar program, then you should be able to run any given one of our CDs without problems. We can offer no assistance however in this situation and by purchasing a given CD to use on a MAC computer you do so completely at your own risk.

 

What are the system requirements for your CDs? Will they work with XP?

Currently all of our CDs are compatible with Windows 95 and above...yes this includes 95/98/2000/ME/NT/XP/etc. It is recommended that you have at least a 90 MHz processor with at least 32 MB of RAM.

 

If I'm unhappy with my purchase can I get my money back?

Absolutely. We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all of our products. Simply return your order to us within 1 year of your purchase date and as soon as it is received we will refund your payment in full minus s/h costs. All we ask is that you let us know what you didn't like about your order so that we can work to improve our products!

 

Do you offer volume discounts?

We sure do. We offer substantial discounts for bulk purchases either for reselling purposes or for various organizations. Is the photograph from 1864 taken on April 9th with my grandpa Jack in Birmingham, AL included?

Due to the vast amount of information and photographs included on our CDs we cannot guarantee you that any specific photograph will be included or not, unless directly mentioned in the item description. You should however be more than satisfied with the content of the CDs, and of course if you can't find what you're looking for you can always return it for a full refund :)

 

Are the photographs printable?

Yes all of the photographs, posters, artwork, sketches, drawings, etc. are all fully printable and are suitable for framing!
